New Year’s Resolutions
It’s the New Year and everyone’s talking about their “new year’s resolutions.” The gyms are packed. Everyone has jumped on the diet bandwagon. Some people are making cutbacks in their spending habits while others are making goals for self-improvements, relationship changes, etc. The list goes on and on. Everyone has got a goal in mind! While a lot of people who make new year’s resolutions do break them, studies have shown that making resolutions are useful. People who explicitly make resolutions are 10 times more likely to attain their goals than people who don’t make resolutions. Here at Patxi’s, our resolution stands 365 days of the year. Our mission is simple: to make every guest a return customer by providing truly exceptional customer service and consistently high quality food. We train our staff to put the customer first. Patxi’s has uncompromising standards for customer service and actively seeks out and listens to customer feedback. That is our commitment, our “resolution” to you all year long.
2011 was a crazy and somewhat difficult year for me. With training/racing at an all-time high and taking on a new job after an 8 year hiatus, yet still managing my household and maintaining some sense of sanity (Calgon take me away?!), it’s been anything but smooth sailing. Although I do not normally make resolutions, this year, I have decided to spend more time reflecting on what I have rather than what I want. My theme for 2012 is balance and applying that in everything I do.
What’s your New Year’s theme or resolution?

My resolution was to go on a diet. And then I found patxi’s LMAO
Please consider extending your delivery area to Cambrian park! I was bummed to find out that I live right off of Camden (Ewer/Lencar) and wasn’t included in it….
Thank you for opening up a store in Campbell!! This is the closest to ChicAAAgo style pizza as you can get!
Diet FAIL .. but I was pizza pie heaven!
Also tweeted you guys about the delivery area but… with a reply of having to call and ask a driver to see “how they feel that day” about delivering to my area isn’t appealing. I’d rather pick it up myself in that case. :/
Hello – the delivery areas have definite boundaries, but we always try to do our best to accommodate deliveries outside the boundary, if possible. It is not up to the drivers, but up to the manager on duty at the time and depends on (a) how busy the store is (b) volume of other delivery orders (c) size of your order (d) how far outside the boundary you are. So, if you are outside the delivery zone, please always ask for a manager. Hope this helps!
Any chance online ordering will launch in 2012? It’s been “coming soon” for quite some time!
Yes we fully expect Online Ordering to launch in 2012. The Micros 3700 POS system has been an absolute nightmare to try to get working with online ordering. That said, we are very close and just working on fixing the bugs at this point. We’ll get it launched in 2012 (hopefully earlier rather than later)
