Patxi’s strives to produce the best quality food using the freshest ingredients. All of our dough and sauce is made fresh daily. All of our lettuce and vegetables are chopped fresh daily. All of our cheese is shredded fresh daily.

We are happy to offer vegetarian and vegan options. At Patxi’s, vegans can experience a true vegan pizza, because all of our sauce and dough is vegan, and we offer a vegan mozzarella cheese choice (Daiya Vegan Cheese). We offer low-fat mozzarella, for our guests that are on a low-fat diet. We also offer soy mozzarella (Lisanatti Soy-Sation), for our lactose-intolerant guests.

For meat-lovers, we offer the finest quality Zoe’s naturally cured meats. All of our ingredients are trans-fat free.
